Saturday’s CBD Mayo Grand Opening Festivities Include Music, Food & More From 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
LA JUNTA, Colo. – On a mission to help people Have a GREAT THC-Free DayTM through better health and wellness without impairment, CBD Body Blends, which handcrafts more than 300 exceptional everyday products with 100% THC-free hemp-based CBD for people and pets at its retail shop and manufacturing/distribution headquarters in Pueblo, opens its first satellite shop and drive-thru in La Junta on Saturday, May 7, at 802 W. 1st St. (formerly Racine’s Locksmith near U.S. Highway 50) during Cinco de Mayo weekend.
Saturday’s CBD Mayo grand opening festivities include music, food and more from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Ramon Montano and his popular food truck Vatos Loco’s Tacos will be onsite most of the day. Visitors can dance, eat, shop and register for prizes. Just like at the Pueblo store, a variety of CBD Body Blends products, like lotion and massage oil, will be available to sample onsite so shoppers can try before they buy.
“We are so excited about opening up our CBD Body Blends La Junta shop at the old Racine’s location. We attended the La Junta Car Show last year as an exhibitor and everyone was so friendly,” said owner and Chief People & Pet Advocate Michelle Duncan. “I have been watching and waiting for the right building in a great location to become available here and it did. We will have a drive-thru! Fulfilling a wish list feature is not only huge for us but a drive-thru is also a real convenience for commuters and residents alike, who save time by no longer having to drive to Las Animas to get their CBD. Of course, we want people to come inside and shop but, if they’re pressed for time, they will be able to order online or call ahead to pick up without getting out of the car. Game changer.”
